Welcome To Kido International

At Kido, we take great pride in extending our distinguished preschool and daycare services from London to several dynamic cities across India, including Bangalore, Pune, Trivandrum, Chennai, Mumbai, and Gurugram. Our centres are equipped with the latest in technology and architectural design, integrating the British Early Years Foundation Stage with esteemed methodologies from Montessori and Reggio Emilia. Since our establishment in 2014, we have been privileged to serve over 15,000 families who entrust us with the provision of exceptional education and care.

Our dedication to educational distinction is consistently acknowledged in the UK, where we have been ranked among the Top 20 Nursery Groups by Daynurseries.co.uk for two consecutive years. Additionally, numerous of our centres have achieved 'Outstanding' ratings from Ofsted, affirming our success in cultivating environments that support the comprehensive development and learning of young children.

Our Pedagogy

By seamlessly merging the best practices from the UK EYFS framework and other education methods with a keen understanding of the Indian context, we have crafted the perfect educational blend for young learners in India.

We believe in creating a nursery experience that blends free and structured play, fostering an engaging and interactive environment imbued with love, care and attention – the ideal foundation for a child's early years. For the first time in early childhood education, we incorporate thinking-based, project-based and problem-based learning approaches to unlock each child's full potential.

Our Proprietary Curriculum encompasses diverse areas such as art, physical development, literacy and mathematics, ensuring that children are well-prepared for their educational journey beyond our nurseries.

How We Teach

Weeks in Kido are divided into Skills Days and Explorer Days. Throughout the program, we integrate project-based learning, and thinking-based learning into our approach.

Skills Days

Skills Days provide children with an opportunity to delve into specific topics, i.e., literacy, maths, STEM, arts and crafts, knowledge and understanding of the world and many more, through station-based focus activities.
explorerday

Explorer Days

Children tackle child and adult-led projects, problem, and enquiry-based learning programs, which integrate the knowledge they learn during the Skills Days in a cross-curricular manner. Over the weeks of each cycle, children will develop a project through arts and crafts, math, science, literacy, or music-related activities.
